Urges United States Congress and the President to permit states to extend burial and memorial benefits in state veterans cemeteries to Republic of Korea and Republic of Vietnam veterans who served in the Vietnam War and subsequently became United States citizens.

Urges Congress and the President to extend the same burial and memorial benefits in national cemeteries to Republic of Korea and Republic of Vietnam veterans who served in Vietnam and became naturalized U.S. citizens.

Notes that approximately 320,000 Republic of Korea soldiers served in Vietnam between 1965 and 1973, suffering 5,099 killed in action and 10,962 injured, and that approximately 3,000 Korean American Vietnam War veterans are naturalized U.S. citizens.

References the 2018 federal extension of burial benefits in national veterans cemeteries to certain Hmong refugees who served in American-backed units during the Vietnam War and became naturalized citizens.

Declares the Legislature stands in solidarity with Republic of Korea and Republic of Vietnam veterans who served in Vietnam.
