Require classroom instructors to provide parents or guardians with a copy of their lesson plan upon request in hard copy or electronic format within three business days, with schools able to charge a duplication fee not exceeding actual costs.

Define "lesson plan" as a comprehensive document identifying course objectives, learning materials, student assignments and activities, and completion dates and times.

Require schools to publish their curriculum prospectus on their internet website at least three calendar days before the start of the academic year, if they maintain a website.

Require schools to update their published prospectus on their website within seven calendar days of any changes to the curriculum.

Authorize reimbursement to local agencies and school districts for state-mandated costs under existing procedures if the Commission on State Mandates determines such costs exist.
