Requires the Structural Pest Control Board to issue, reinstate, or maintain company registrations only if applicants or existing companies file a current and valid Certificate of Workers' Compensation Insurance or a statement certifying they have no employees and are not required to obtain such coverage.

Requires insurers, including the State Compensation Insurance Fund, to report to the board's registrar the company name, registration number, policy number, coverage dates, and cancellation dates for policies canceled due to material misrepresentation after premium audits or investigations.

Makes willful or deliberate disregard and violation of workers' compensation insurance laws grounds for disciplinary action by the registrar against registered companies and their qualifying managers.

Exempts violations of these provisions from being classified as misdemeanors under existing structural pest control law.
