Adds human sex trafficking, as defined in subdivision (b) or (c) of Section 236.1, to the list of violent felonies under Penal Code Section 667.5(c).

Allows courts to impose a three-year enhancement for each prior separate prison term served for human sex trafficking, consistent with other violent felony enhancements.

Applies the 10-year "washout period" to human trafficking enhancements, meaning prior convictions do not count if the defendant remained free of prison custody and felony convictions for 10 years.

Specifies that no state reimbursement to local agencies is required under Article XIII B of the California Constitution because the act only changes the penalty for an existing crime.
