Deletes the exception for Medicare supplement policy application forms from the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act exemptions in Civil Code Section 1633.3.

Medicare supplement policy application forms are now subject to the electronic transactions provisions, allowing them to be conducted and signed electronically.

Makes nonsubstantive revisions to the electronic transactions statute language.

Approved by Governor June 21, 2022 and filed with Secretary of State the same date.
