Amends Section 13102 of the Government Code to require the Governor's annual 5-year infrastructure plan to include specific flood prevention and maintenance project priorities

Requires the infrastructure plan to identify funding needs for the State Plan of Flood Control, including construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities

Mandates inclusion of infrastructure support pursuant to Part 9 of Division 6 of the Water Code and Chapter 2 of Part 4.8 of Division 6 of the Water Code

Requires the plan to address aggregate state funding for nonfederal capital costs of flood control projects located outside the Central Valley

Approved by Governor on August 26, 2022 and filed with Secretary of State on the same date
