Establishes the Dishwasher Grant Program for Waste Reduction in K–12 Schools, administered by the State Department of Education, to provide grants for purchasing and installing commercial dishwashers in school kitchens.

Provides grants up to $40,000 per school kitchen, with up to $25,000 for dishwasher purchase and installation, and up to $15,000 for related installation costs such as electrical, plumbing, and venting upgrades.

Requires grant recipients to use funds within two years, install dishwashers by manufacturers, provide staff training, maintain equipment, and allow department inspections and oversight.

Limits eligibility to public K–12 school districts and charter schools, with no priority based on student characteristics or eligibility for other funding programs; allows multiyear funding commitments.

Requires the department to develop program guidelines, maintain website information about approved commercial dishwashers and reusable service ware resources, and notify districts about program availability; implementation is contingent on legislative appropriation.
