Renames Hastings College of the Law to "College of the Law" and updates the Board of Directors name accordingly throughout California law.

Makes conforming changes to dozens of Education Code sections, Government Code sections, Health and Safety Code sections, and Penal Code sections to reflect the new name.

Directs the College of the Law to implement restorative justice measures in consultation with the Yuki people and Round Valley Indian Tribes.

Updates references to the institution in bond financing provisions, higher education employer-employee relations statutes, student fee waiver programs, and other regulatory frameworks.

Effective January 1, 2023 for bonds issued in the name of the College of the Law (bonds issued before that date retain the Hastings name).
