Requires acute care hospitals in buildings rated as Structural Performance Category-2 (SPC-2) to submit estimated compliance costs to the Department of Health Care Access and Information by January 1, 2024.

Mandates the Department of Health Care Access and Information to report to the Legislature by January 1, 2025 with a list of SPC-2 hospitals, inventory of services provided, and cost estimates to retrofit or rebuild buildings to meet 2030 seismic safety requirements.

Allows the department to rely on cost estimates submitted by hospitals themselves and must clearly disclose in the report if information came from hospitals and was not independently verified by the department.
