Mandates surveillance systems record interior entries/exits, all areas where firearms are displayed, and all points of sale with clear identification of transaction parties

Requires dealers to maintain recorded surveillance footage for a minimum of one year and post notices at entrances stating premises are under video and audio surveillance

Requires dealers to carry general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per incident starting July 1, 2023

Requires dealers to provide annual certification to the Department of Justice that their video surveillance system is in proper working order, with failure to comply resulting in removal from the state's centralized dealer license list
