Requires the Governor's office to maintain a public website list of all state boards and commissions, including membership, stated purpose, duties, meeting frequency, and any vacancies, commencing December 1, 2024.

Mandates annual reports published on the Governor's website by January 31, 2025, and every January 31 thereafter, containing aggregate demographic information on gubernatorial appointments from the previous calendar year.

First annual report (due January 31, 2025) must include voluntarily self-reported age, ethnicity, gender, region, and party affiliation of appointees.

Subsequent annual reports (commencing January 31, 2026) must expand demographic categories to include gender identity, disability status, race, veteran status, and sexual orientation, all based on voluntary self-reporting.
