Extends the repeal date of California's interior designer certification and regulation provisions from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2027.

Repeals Section 5811 of the Business and Professions Code, which previously required interior design organizations to submit a report by September 1, 2008 assessing costs, benefits, and alternatives to the interior designer examination.

Maintains existing law requiring interior designer certification through examination and education or experience requirements through January 1, 2027.

Keeps the chapter subject to legislative review by appropriate policy committees.
