Authorizes the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to issue up to 10 additional new original on-sale general licenses for bona fide public eating places in El Dorado County, with a maximum of 4 licenses issued per year.

Authorizes the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to issue up to 10 additional new original on-sale general licenses for bona fide public eating places in Shasta County, with a maximum of 4 licenses issued per year.

Allows holders of valid on-sale general licenses for seasonal businesses to apply for the new licenses authorized under these provisions.

Prohibits transferring the new licenses to a different county or to premises that do not qualify as bona fide public eating places, and prohibits selling or transferring the licenses for more than the original fee paid.

Became effective September 30, 2022.
