Requires the State Department of Public Health to publish COVID-19-related statewide orders or mandatory guidance on its internet website along with the effective date.

Requires the State Department of Public Health to create an email distribution list allowing local communities, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals to sign up for notifications about changes to COVID-19 orders or guidance.

Requires local health officers to publish jurisdictionwide COVID-19 orders on their internet website with the effective date and to create an email distribution list for notifications about order changes.

Remains in effect only while a COVID-19 order or mandatory guidance is actively in effect, with automatic repeal on January 1 following the date when no such order or guidance is in effect.

Took effect immediately upon Governor approval on October 4, 2021, as an urgency statute.
