Exempts American Legion's Boys State and Girls State conferences from sex discrimination provisions of the Sex Equity in Education Act, effective January 1, 2023.

Requires conferences to provide substantially similar access to government officials and facilities, substantially similar programming (except regarding gender's role in public service), and equal participation opportunities for boys and girls.

Mandates that limitations on pupil nominations to conferences apply equally to boys and girls, unless the school is single-gender.

Allows pupils who do not identify as male or female, or who do not identify with their assigned birth gender, to participate in either conference.

Permits secondary schools to promote these conferences and select pupils to attend them if all conditions are met and conferences comply with all other state and federal nondiscrimination laws.
