Requires planning agencies to include additional reporting information in their annual housing reports to the Department of Housing and Community Development, effective January 1, 2024.

Mandates reporting on housing development projects including application type (65852.2, 65852.22, 65913.4, etc.), density bonus details, environmental review exemptions, and preliminary application expirations under Section 65941.1.

Requires reporting the number of student housing units for lower-income students that received density bonuses pursuant to Section 65915.

Includes reporting on website links to housing development information required under Section 65940.1.

Specifies no state reimbursement is required for these new local reporting obligations.
