Requires the State Department of Public Health to convene a working group to study and make recommendations regarding regulation, public education, harm reduction, and safe access to psilocybin, psilocyn, DMT, ibogaine, mescaline, LSD, and MDMA.

Working group must include experts in psychedelic therapy, drug policy, harm reduction, law enforcement, first responders, and representatives from Native American tribes and the Native American Church.

Working group shall study research on therapeutic uses of these substances for treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and addiction; public health implications of decriminalization; and regulated use models from other jurisdictions.

Working group must submit initial report to the Legislature by January 1, 2024, and final report by January 1, 2025, with policy recommendations on education, risk minimization, therapeutic regulation, and equitable access.

Section repeals January 1, 2026.
