Requires court orders approving psychotropic medications for dependent children and wards to include the last two pages of form JV-220(A) or JV-220(B) and all attached medication information sheets.

Mandates that caregivers receive copies of approved medication orders along with the specified form pages and medication information sheets when a child is placed in their care.

Requires social workers or probation officers to provide new caregivers with updated copies of medication orders, including form pages and medication information sheets, when a child changes placement.

Applies to dependent children removed from parental custody under Section 361 and minors adjudged wards of the court and placed in foster care under Section 726.
