Authorizes establishment of intergenerational housing developments that combine senior citizens (age 55+) with caregivers and transition age youth (18-24 years old), including current/former foster youth and homeless youth.

Requires at least 80% of occupied dwelling units to house at least one senior citizen and permits up to 20% of units to house caregivers or transition age youth.

Mandates that intergenerational housing developments be affordable to lower income households and prohibits eviction of families with children to meet the senior citizen occupancy requirement.

Allows owners to require households in caregiver/transition age youth units to vacate with six months written notice if the unit no longer houses a qualifying caregiver or transition age youth.

Creates state policy supporting intergenerational housing and permits developers receiving local, state funds, or tax credits for affordable rental housing to restrict occupancy to senior citizens, caregivers, and transition age youth.
