Amends Section 11165.9 of the Penal Code to authorize mandated reporters to report suspected child abuse or neglect to school district police or security departments

Expands the list of agencies that must accept child abuse reports to include school district police or security departments, in addition to police departments, sheriff's departments, county probation departments (if designated), and county welfare departments

Maintains existing requirements that agencies must accept reports of suspected child abuse or neglect and immediately refer cases to agencies with proper jurisdiction if they lack jurisdiction themselves

Requires agencies accepting reports to maintain records of all reports received and prohibits refusing reports from mandated reporters or other persons
