Makes $10,000,000 available to the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges upon appropriation in the annual Budget Act for expanding pathways to law school programs.

Authorized uses of funds include supporting dual enrollment partnerships between community colleges and high school law academies, implementing partnerships with California State University with associate degree for transfer programs, and expanding University of California transfer agreements.

Provides student advising and guidance to help Community College Pathway to Law School initiative participants successfully transfer to California State University or University of California.

Authorizes the Board of Governors to contract with the Foundation for California Community Colleges to provide administrative support for expanding these pathways.

Requires the Office of the Chancellor to submit a report by July 1, 2025 to legislative budget and policy committees on program outcomes, including student participation numbers, demographics, graduation rates, and transfer pathways established.
