Adds Section 5346.5 to the Welfare and Institutions Code to expand eligibility for assisted outpatient treatment (Laura's Law) to include conservatees and former conservatees

Authorizes courts to order assisted outpatient treatment for conservatees with pending petitions to terminate conservatorship if they would benefit from treatment to reduce risk of deteriorating mental health while living independently

Authorizes courts to order assisted outpatient treatment for former conservatees whose conservatorship was terminated within the preceding 60 days if they would benefit from treatment to maintain independent living

Requires court findings by clear and convincing evidence that facts in the petition are true and that at least one criterion in subdivision (b) is satisfied before ordering treatment

Applies only in counties or groups of counties where assisted outpatient treatment services are available under Section 5348 and in accordance with Section 5346 requirements
