Requires the California Cybersecurity Integration Center to create four reports describing all state expenditures made under the federal State and Local Cybersecurity Improvement Act for fiscal years 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25.

First report for 2021–22 fiscal year must be delivered to the Legislature no later than December 31, 2023; subsequent reports due December 31, 2024, 2025, and 2026 respectively.

Reports must comply with Section 9795 requirements for legislative submission.

Preserves existing duties of the California Cybersecurity Integration Center, including serving as the central hub for state cybersecurity activities and coordinating information sharing with local, state, federal, tribal, utility, academic, and nongovernmental organizations.
