Authorizes minors 15 years of age or older to consent to vaccines approved by the FDA and recommended by the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices without parental or guardian consent.

Allows authorized vaccine providers (licensed healthcare professionals, clinics, and health facilities) to administer vaccines to eligible minors under this provision.

Limits vaccine provider authority to services within their existing scope of practice.

Does not affect the applicability of Section 6926 (existing law regarding minor consent for infectious disease treatment).
