Authorizes counties, cities and counties, and special hospital authorities to operate mobile pharmacy units as extensions of their existing pharmacy licenses to serve unhoused individuals, residents of public housing, and Medi-Cal plan enrollees within their jurisdiction.

Requires a licensed pharmacist to be present and in control of the mobile unit whenever prescription medications are being dispensed.

Prohibits mobile units from carrying or dispensing controlled substances and requires that dangerous drugs not be left in the unit when it is not operating.

Mandates that pharmacists' activities comply with existing pharmacy law and that any physicians practicing in the mobile unit comply with the Medical Practice Act.

Requires counties, cities and counties, and special hospital authorities to notify the State Board of Pharmacy at least 30 days before beginning or ending mobile unit operations.
