Establishes a forestry training center in northern California within the California Conservation Corps upon legislative appropriation, operated in partnership with the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Training center shall provide enhanced training, education, work experience, and job readiness for entry-level forestry and vegetation management positions, including counseling, mentorship, supportive housing, health care, and educational services.

Prioritizes enrollment of formerly incarcerated individuals who either successfully served on a California Conservation Camp crew with departmental recommendation or completed county-level hand crew service with county probation and fire department recommendation.

Allows director to enroll additional corpsmembers and local community conservation corpsmembers if funding and resources permit.

Establishes that successful completion of the training program qualifies participants for entry-level forestry or vegetation management positions at state agencies.
