Allows licensed vocational nurses to practice under the direction of naturopathic doctors in addition to physicians and registered nurses.

Requires naturopathic doctors supervising vocational nurses to establish a written supervision protocol detailing duties, responsibilities, drug furnishing procedures, supervision policies, and competency evaluation methods.

Authorizes vocational nurses under naturopathic doctor direction to withdraw blood, administer medications, start intravenous fluids, and perform immunizations and skin tests within the scope of naturopathic practice.

Prohibits vocational nurses from performing cosmetic procedures (Botox, platelet-rich plasma therapy, skin growth removal), laser therapies, and independent intravenous fluid administration in unsupervised settings, except when directed by a physician for medically necessary purposes.

Requires naturopathic doctor supervision to be adequate as agreed in practice agreements and includes availability by telephone when the vocational nurse examines patients, though physical presence is not required unless imposed as a disciplinary condition.
