Designates a portion of Interstate 80 spanning from the Antelope Road overcrossing (postmile 16.685) in Sacramento County to the Douglas Boulevard overcrossing (postmile 1.975) in Placer County as the CHP Officer Lucas F. Chellew Memorial Highway.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine costs for appropriate signs including the California Highway Patrol star symbol consistent with state highway signing requirements.

Specifies that signs shall only be erected upon receipt of donations from nonstate sources to cover the full cost of the signage.

Honors Officer Lucas F. Chellew, who served in the California Highway Patrol and died on February 22, 2017, while in pursuit of a stolen motorcycle in Sacramento.
