Designates a portion of State Route 111 in Imperial County between postmile 33 and postmile 37.6 as the U.S. Army SP4 Dwayne M. Patterson Memorial Highway.

Requests the Department of Transportation determine the costs of appropriate signage for this special designation.

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to erect the memorial signs upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the costs.

Honors U.S. Army SP4 Dwayne M. Patterson, who was killed in action in Vietnam on December 3, 1967, and was awarded the Silver Star, Bronze Star, and Purple Heart for his service.
