Designates the bike path formerly known as Pacheco Hill Path in Marin County as the Jeffrey Stevenson Memorial Bike Path, with entrances on the east side of Pacheco Creek Bridge and at the intersection of Marinwood Avenue and Miller Creek Road

Requests the Department of Transportation determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to erect the memorial signs upon receipt of donations from nonstate sources sufficient to cover all costs

Recognizes Dr. Jeffrey Stevenson's 32-year medical career serving the Marin community, his military service as a Captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, and his volunteer work with first responders, the Rotary Club, youth soccer, and bike-to-school programs
