Designates the portion of State Highway Route 37 between the Atherton Avenue undercrossing (postmile 13.773) and its junction with State Highway Route 121 (postmile 3.900) as the Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway.

Requests the Department of Transportation determine the cost of appropriate signs for this special designation and erect them upon receiving sufficient donations from nonstate sources to cover the costs.

Honors Korean War veterans and acknowledges the conflict's historical significance, noting over 36,000 U.S. military personnel were killed in action during the 1950-1953 war.

Recognizes that Korean War veterans have been historically underrecognized (known as the "Forgotten War") and faced reduced benefits and alienation upon returning to the United States.
