Designates the southbound portion of Interstate Highway Route 405 in Los Angeles County from Imperial Highway undercrossing (postmile R21.222) to West Century Boulevard undercrossing (postmile 22.216) as the Officer Tommy Scott Memorial Highway.

Officer Tommy Scott was a Los Angeles International Airport police officer killed on April 29, 2005, when a pedestrian commandeered his patrol car on Lincoln Boulevard; he was the first LAX police officer to die in the department's 59-year history.

Scott previously served 15 years as an Aquatic Supervisor for the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks and saved two children from drowning during that tenure.

Requests the Department of Transportation determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying the memorial designation and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the costs.
