Designates a portion of State Highway Route 215 in Riverside County as the CHP Officer Andre Maurice Moye, Jr. Memorial Freeway, specifically from the Eucalyptus Avenue overcrossing to the State Highway Route 60 junction separator.

Officer Moye was killed in the line of duty on August 12, 2019, while conducting a vehicle impound during a traffic stop in Riverside, shot by a driver who also wounded another CHP Officer.

Requests the Department of Transportation determine the cost of appropriate signs featuring the California Highway Patrol star and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover the cost.

Honors Officer Moye's service as a CHP motor officer in the Riverside area for two years and five months following his graduation from the California Highway Patrol Academy in 2017.
