Argues the current policy creates unequal treatment compared to Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) recipients who became disabled as adults and do not lose benefits upon marriage.

References the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to support the right of disabled adults to marry without losing essential benefits and insurance coverage.
