Requires labels on pesticide-treated seeds to include the signal word for the substance with the highest level of toxicity when more than one substance is applied to the seed.

Mandates that beginning January 1, 2027, labels for seeds treated with substances subject to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act must include each pesticide's EPA registration number (if applicable) and the quantity applied by weight or amount per seed.

Applies the new labeling requirements only to seeds shipped, delivered, transported, distributed, or sold in California for planting within the state and exempts seeds packaged before January 1, 2027.
