Expands workers' compensation coverage for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to additional Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation employees, including members of the Office of Correctional Safety and Office of Internal Affairs, for injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2024.

Establishes that PTSD diagnosed according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders is presumed to arise out of and in the course of employment for covered peace officers and corrections employees.

Requires compensation for PTSD injuries to include full hospital, surgical, medical treatment, disability indemnity, and death benefits.

Extends the presumption of employment-related injury for up to 60 months following termination of service (3 calendar months for each full year of service, maximum).

The entire section expires and is repealed on January 1, 2025.
