Establishes workers' compensation coverage for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for state nurses, psychiatric technicians, and medical/social services specialists employed at the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, State Department of Developmental Services, and State Department of State Hospitals (State Bargaining Units 17, 18, and 20).

Creates a disputable presumption that PTSD developing or manifesting during employment arises out of and in the course of employment, with the presumption extending up to 60 months following termination of service.

Requires claimants to have performed at least 6 months of service with the department or unit before receiving compensation, unless the injury is caused by a sudden and extraordinary employment condition.

Applies to injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2024 and automatically repeals on January 1, 2030.

Provides full hospital, surgical, medical treatment, disability indemnity, and death benefits for qualifying PTSD claims.
