Authorizes licensed cannabis businesses under California's Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA) to sue unlicensed persons engaging in commercial cannabis activity in superior court.

Requires licensees to demonstrate actual harm from unlicensed cannabis activity to prevail in court and permits courts to issue injunctions against unlicensed operators.

Entitles prevailing licensees to recover either actual damages or statutory damages up to $75,000, plus reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

Excludes Labor Code violations from this private right of action and prohibits using these provisions as a basis for claims under the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004.

Became effective October 8, 2023 and declares the law furthers the purposes of California's adult-use cannabis regulatory framework.
