Extends indefinitely the California Conservation Corps' authority to enter into contracts with certified community conservation corps for projects and programs (previously authorized only until January 1, 2024).

Allows contracts for natural resources and land management projects, energy and climate programs, emergency response services, educational and training services, corpsmember services, and ancillary services.

Requires the corps to file reports with the Legislature on program and project outcomes on or before January 1, 2025, January 1, 2027, and January 1, 2029, covering the previous two calendar years.

Authorizes the corps director to establish guidelines for contracts entered into under this section.

Report requirement becomes inoperative on January 1, 2033, under the Government Code's sunset provision.
