Requires written contracts between licensees and facility owners, and prohibits advertising agreements from requiring the retail licensee to purchase or sell specific products

Mandates that retail licensees at wave basin facilities offer competing brands of beer, distilled spirits, and wine from other wholesalers or manufacturers alongside any brands from the sponsoring licensee

Approved by Governor October 8, 2023; Legislature declares special statute necessary due to unique conditions in Kings County
