Requires the Insurance Commissioner to revise the commercial property insurance pamphlet for small business owners commencing July 1, 2024, and at least every 5 years thereafter.

Makes technical, nonsubstantive changes to existing language in Insurance Code Section 10108 regarding the pamphlet's development and distribution.

Maintains requirement that the pamphlet provide information on types of commercial insurance, liability limits, and deductibles for small business owners and other interested parties.

Requires the Commissioner to make pamphlet copies available to small business operators, business groups, chambers of commerce, and other relevant organizations to the extent feasible.
