Requires the Department of Education to publish a report on its website by January 1, 2025 displaying statewide four- and five-year cohort graduation rates for pupils with exceptional needs.

Graduation rate data must be disaggregated by identified disability or disabilities as defined in federal regulations (34 CFR 300.8(a)(1)).

Defines pupils with exceptional needs using the federal definition of "child with a disability" from 34 CFR 300.8(a)(1).

Implementation is contingent upon a budget appropriation in the annual Budget Act or another statute.
