Prohibits school district governing boards from taking actions that contradict existing laws requiring inclusive policies, practices, and curriculum, including those addressing discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, nationality, or sexual orientation.

Authorizes governing boards to censure a member or remove a member from office by a two-thirds vote if the member prevents the board from conducting business or adopts a policy contradicting inclusive education laws.

Requires that a board member subject to a censure or removal vote shall not participate in voting on their own censure or removal.
