Prohibits persons convicted of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 16 years of age (when the perpetrator is 21 or older) from completing community service at schools or locations where children congregate if granted probation.

Applies to convictions under Penal Code Section 261.5(d), which covers persons 21 years or older engaging in sexual intercourse with minors under 16 years of age.

Does not modify existing criminal penalties, civil penalties, or fines associated with unlawful sexual intercourse convictions.

Became effective October 13, 2023.
