Allows legislative bodies to use teleconferencing with agendas posted at a single designated physical meeting location instead of all teleconference locations.

Permits establishment of quorum through members participating remotely, in-person at the designated location, or both, eliminating previous requirements that a quorum must be physically present within the agency's jurisdiction.

Requires legislative bodies to hold at least two in-person meetings per calendar year at the designated physical meeting location.

Removes the limit of two remote participation meetings per year for members citing "just cause" and expands "just cause" definition to include travel related to a member's occupation.

Eliminates requirement for members to publicly disclose whether other adults are present at their remote location and eliminates the restriction preventing members from participating remotely for more than 3 consecutive months or 20% of regular meetings per year.
