Requires each California State University campus and University of California campus (if Regents adopt a resolution) to provide information on service learning programs and opportunities for undergraduate students on their websites, starting in the 2024–25 academic year

Mandates service learning as an undergraduate graduation requirement at both California State University and University of California, beginning with students graduating in the 2032–33 academic year

Prohibits California State University and University of California from increasing the total number of units required to graduate when implementing the service learning requirement

Exempts postbaccalaureate students already enrolled in baccalaureate degree programs if they have earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution or completed a service learning requirement at such an institution
