Removes the requirement that campuses have an internet website in order to provide online postings or notices of systemwide fee or tuition waivers available to students.

Applies the online posting requirement to the College of the Law San Francisco, all California Community Colleges campuses, all California State University campuses, and University of California campuses (if the Regents adopt an appropriate resolution).

Requires online postings to include a prominent direct link to waiver applications on the primary financial aid webpage and descriptions of eligibility criteria for each waiver type.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill imposes state-mandated costs on local agencies or school districts, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7 (commencing with Section 17500).
