Authorizes local, state, or national drowning prevention organizations to provide informational materials to public schools about water safety education, swimming lessons, and local water safety programs.

Permits public schools to distribute these informational materials to parents, legal guardians, or caregivers at pupil enrollment and the beginning of each school year, beginning with the 2024–25 school year.

Requires informational materials to include information about drowning prevention, local water safety and swimming skills programs (including free or reduced-price options), and contact information for the organization.

Prohibits informational materials from being used to solicit funding or donations for the organization.

Requires organizations to provide materials in the three most commonly spoken languages associated with the school population upon request.
