Requires the Transportation Agency to create and maintain a performance dashboard on its website displaying metrics, fiscal information, and operational data for all Department of Transportation projects.

Dashboard must include safety data, types of safety and infrastructure improvements, road repairs, structure and pavement conditions (before/after), project impact, funding sources and amounts, and environmental mitigation measures.

Requires quarterly updates to the dashboard using publicly available information.

Applies to all projects begun on or after January 1, 2021, that remain incomplete as of January 1, 2024, until project completion.

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to partner with other state or local agencies to collect required dashboard data.
