Amends Section 1725.5 of the Insurance Code to modify requirements for insurance licensees including their license numbers in emails.

Requires an organizational licensee's license number to appear adjacent to or below the organization's name only if the email is sent from the organization itself (not an individual licensee) and involves a licensed activity.

Maintains existing requirements that all licensees include their license number in emails involving licensed activities, with the license number in type size no smaller than any telephone number, street address, or email address in the email.

Applies to licensees under multiple sections of the Insurance Code including insurance agents, brokers, and related professionals.
